Sound Solutions Internet is one of Yorkshire's leading web design and development companies. Specialising in e-commerce, we help the region's retailers get the most out of the web.
We're a small team (currently just 12 people) of highly skilled and dedicated people. We pride ourselves on being innovative, creative and enthusiastic, whilst maintaining our focus on results.
Sound Solutions was established in 1996 specialising in radio advertising (hence Sound Solutions). From there we expanded into press advertising, leaflets, brochures, posters, catalogues and since 1998 have been offering internet services including web design, hosting and online shopping sites.
We've built up a strong client base, mainly across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, but also have a number of key clients in London and scattered around other parts of the UK.
From 1 person in 1996 we've confidently grown and are now a small team of 12 highly skilled people. This is made up of 4 graphic designers, 4 "techies" and programmers, 3 online advertising specialists and 1 accounts/admin person. Despite steady expansion and a large amount of continual investment we've been in profit every year since the company was born and this year is set to be our best yet!
We value research and development. Indeed, we wouldn't be here today if it weren't for the huge amount of time we've spent on product development over the last 10 years. It's enabled us to offer products that no-one else can in our marketplace and the reason why we've thrived at times when many of our competitors were losing money or going under.
We run our own internet servers - built by us, configured by us and maintained by us. This enables us to be flexible and responsive to do whatever our clients want us to, when they want us to. All of our servers are directly connected to fast networks with multiple very fast links to the internet via different companies. We accept nothing less when looking for new sites to locate our servers. Currently we have servers located in London and Frankfurt.
Amongst our client base are a huge variety of companies, including a convenience store chain, a few motor dealers, solicitors, a company that make vegetable handling machines, gift shops, a coach hire firm - the list goes on.
We're highly client focused and enjoy the challenges set by our clients - we've never yet had to say "no" to a client's request!
